The service

By using MyGenie, you agree to these terms. MyGenie builds and runs AI employees for businesses: answering calls, texts, web chat and email, qualifying inquiries, booking appointments, following up, and reporting back. What we build for you, what it costs and when it goes live are set out in your signed order, which controls if it differs from these terms.

Fees and billing

Setup is billed as stated in your signed order. Monthly service is month-to-month and begins only at the go-live you approve. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, phone numbers, call and text usage, and carrier registration fees are yours, and we agree them with you in advance.

Your responsibilities

You give us accurate information about your business, approve what your AI employee is allowed to say and do, and use the service in line with the laws that apply to your business, including consent rules for calls and texts. Your AI employee does not replace your judgment: your team keeps the final say on prices, contracts and anything it is not authorized to decide.

Your data

Your customer records, conversations and content belong to you. We use them only to run your service, and we don't sell them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

MyGenie provides the service as described in your order. We don't guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings or sales. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for the offers and claims you approve.

SMS Messaging Terms

My Genie LLC may send SMS/text messages to the phone number you provide through our website at mygenie.tech. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• We offer two categories of messages — Customer Care (support, ticket updates, appointment coordination, follow-ups) and Promotional (offers, discounts, events, service announcements). Each requires independent, explicit consent via separate checkboxes.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MyGenie.

All SMS/text messages are sent by My Genie LLC, operated by Apex AI Systems, LLC. Your consent is collected directly by My Genie LLC and is not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
