What we collect

We collect what we need to run your AI employee: your account and business details, the settings and knowledge you give her, and the calls, texts, chats, emails and appointments she handles for you. When someone contacts us through mygenie.tech, we collect what they choose to share, such as name, phone, email and their message.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide and improve your service and to support you. Your customers' records belong to you. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your service is active and for as long as the law requires afterward. You may ask us at any time for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, and we will respond promptly.

SMS / Text Messaging

My Genie LLC may collect your phone number through the chat widget on our website at mygenie.tech or during account registration. We use this number to send SMS/text messages in two categories, each requiring separate, explicit consent via independent checkboxes:

• Customer Care Messages— support responses, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to your account or service requests.
• Promotional Messages— special offers, discounts, upcoming events, and service announcements.

Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is collected directly by My Genie LLC and is not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MyGenie.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
